Staten Island, New York (May 15, 2005)-- Food Pantry
Limited has chosen Celerant Technology Corp. as their new provider
of real-time Java technology retail management systems. With more

Lamonts, Whalers General Store, Accents, and Kohala Bay Collections.
"Celerant showed us a system that can manage our inventory
and sales reporting
both accurately and efficiently, which is something we've had difficulties
with in the past,"said Chief Technology Officer of Food Pantry Ltd, Dennis
K. Biby. "We are looking forward to a long term relationship with Celerant
and trust that they have the software capabilities that Food Pantry has been
looking for."
With more than 25 years in the retail industry, Food Pantry Ltd.
retail stores spent almost a year analyzing a variety of retail
software systems for an adequate solution.
"Celerant is pleased to be chosen by Food Pantry for this project. They are
in need of a system that can handle the varying business models that fall
under the Food Pantry umbrella and Celerant has the opportunity to replace
their three different systems with one very flexible and centralized system,"
said Ian Goldman, CEO of Celerant Technology. Implementation and training
will be a 55-day process in order to train the more than 700 Food Pantry employees
on the system. Food Pantry will be going live on Celerant
