Celerant Technology A&E Systems Inc.
Purchase will present Celerant with expansion opportunity in the mid-west/

Staten Island, New York, November 4, 2004- Leading provider of real-time Java technology retail management systems, Celerant Technology Corporation, today announced the acquisition of Oklahoma-based A&E Systems Inc., a reseller of hardware and software for retailers.

I am very much looking forward to joining them as they expand to the next level,"commented former owner of A&E Systems, Gary Ellis. Mr. Ellis will continue to work with Celerant Technology as an account representative. 

Celerant Technology will offer full service and support to over sixty existing A&E clients located in the mid-western region of the U.S. Several of A&E's clients already utilize Celerant RMS, while the rest will continue to receive support on A&E propriety software.

After two years of working with Celerant Technology, A&E has been purchased for an undisclosed sum.
