Step 1: A personal Implementation Manager is assigned to your account.

Step 2: Your personal implementation manager will clearly define the goals for each milestone, and discuss a shared project plan.

Step 3: The Implementation Manager, along with other members of the Implementation Department, will identify business and technical requirements, and outline expectations to create a detailed plan that is customized for your installation.

Step 4: The Implementation Manager ensures all timelines are met, and that any data migration and hardware needs are fulfilled. When applicable, the processes for implementing a fully-integrated E-Commerce website and integrations to third-party platforms are also completed.

Final Step: The Implementation Manager confirms completion of all required checklists and guides each client towards a final Go Live.

Ongoing: Following the Onboarding and Go Live processes, each Implementation Staff Member is available for consultancy and training, to review best practices and maximize the overall usage of the Celerant system – for your long-term success.

Our POS solution can be accessed from any tablet or smartphone, can be implemented across a wide-range of platforms including Linux, UNIX, Windows® and Macintosh. Transactions are completed in real-time without the need for any third-party software. Sales data is reflected immediately throughout the entire enterprise.
