Growing Your Knowledge Base
As part of the onboarding process, you will learn how to thoroughly use the platform. Our implementation managers will train your staff to properly use all aspects of the platform that are relevant to your business, including how to configure settings and run reports. Following your ''Go-Live'', our implementation staff is available for consultancy and training in conjunction with access to regular tips and webinars so you maximize the system for your long term success.

Onboarding - As part of the onboarding process, you will learn how to thoroughly use the platform. We will train your staff to properly use the point of sale, back office and other features relevant to your business, including how to configure settings and run reports.

Webinars - Celerant also provides complimentary webinars to Celerant clients. Topics include product and features, software enhancements and best practices.

Client Portal - As a Celerant client, you have access to the Client Portal. From there, you can access recorded webinars, tips of the week, training materials and other valuable assets.

Our POS solution can be accessed from any tablet or smartphone, can be implemented across a wide-range of platforms including Linux, UNIX, Windows® and Macintosh. Transactions are completed in real-time without the need for any third-party software. Sales data is reflected immediately throughout the entire enterprise.
