Sell a Special Order at the Point of Sale

This is how to sell a special order within Cumulus Retail. With the "Customer" tab selected, enter a search for the correct customer.

Click on the "Transaction Type" button, then click on "Special Order." Scan or enter the items being special ordered.

Now, click on the "Pay" button to make an installment payment. Select the method of payment and enter the amount tendered using the keypad or the quick cash keys, then click finish.

You have the options to print or email the receipt, or both. Click on "OK" at the prompt. You are now ready to ring up the next transaction.
