Your POS system transition will consist of a six step process, with a dedicated implementation manager guiding your project from start to finish. You’ll work closely with Celerant’s POS and eCommerce onboarding teams to ensure a timely and successful retail software implementation.

Next, you’ll finalize important business decisions, such as choosing your merchant processor and activating your account, determining if you’ll be purchasing new computers or using your own, and planning your data conversion.
You’ll meet with Celerant’s onboarding team, including your implementation manager, sales representative, point of sale and eCommerce managers, and data conversion specialist (if applicable) to discuss the plan and timeline.
Your implementation manager will begin your retail software training; recording all of your live sessions. Your data conversion and distributor catalog integrations will be underway (if applicable), and your hardware will be setup.
Your hardware testing, store setup and data conversion will all be finalized. Your implementation manager assists with remaining questions and you will be assigned a dedicated support technician in preparation for your go-live.
On your pre-scheduled go-live date, you’re ready to use your new Celerant retail software and start ringing sales! Your implementation manager and dedicated support technical are available to assist your store however needed.
