See our SHOT Show 2026 highlights, team culture, and the new unified retail tech driving FFL success.
How do you measure a week in Las Vegas? The 48th annual SHOT Show, hosted by the NSSF, is an incredible feat of scale. As the world’s premier exposition for combined firearms, ammunition, and law enforcement, it brings together buyers from all 50 states and over 100 countries to the Venetian Expo and Caesars Forum to decide what comes next for our industry.
For our team, the true measure of a show this size is always found in the energy of the conversations. We have always believed that while we build technology, our work is really about the partnerships and the people behind the counter.
This year was a milestone for Celerant, marking our 25th year exhibiting at SHOT. Even with over two decades under our belt, the energy felt entirely new. While the industry has navigated its fair share of challenges recently, the conversations at our booths #42502 and #11277 were centered around one word “new” -new team members, new initiatives, and a fresh perspective on using technology to drive growth.
From our veteran team members who have been with us for decades to the fresh faces experiencing their very first show, the takeaway was clear -the firearm industry is stronger and more tech-forward than it has ever been.
A Growing Team for a Growing Industry
One of the biggest highlights for our team this year was the growth of our own people. We were proud to introduce new sales leadership, Robert Massa, and marketing leadership, James LaPenna, who jumped right into the deep end.
We were also cheering on Sean Kliemisch as he held it down as our Event Marketer for his first-ever show.
The Tech That Stole the Show
The conversations we had at our booths were mostly about how we are helping the firearms industry use the best retail tech to solve “operational chaos” that many retailers face. In 2026, the trend has shifted toward unified retail, the idea that your POS and your eCommerce website shouldn’t just talk to each other; they should be the same system.
A few of the major highlights we discussed included:
- Precision Pricing Intelligence: Our new API-enabled integration with GunBroker helps dealers identify exactly how to price their inventory based on live marketplace data.
- Real-Time Marketplace Sync: We showed retailers how to instantly push their in-store inventory to platforms like Armslist, ensuring their products are visible to millions of buyers without extra manual work.
- Automated FFL Transfers: Through our partnership with Master FFL, we demonstrated how dealers can save up to 30 minutes per order by automating the exchange of license documentation.
Unified Retail is No Longer Optional
If we learned one thing during the SHOT week, it is that “software silos” are becoming a thing of the past. Retailers are looking for a more streamlined, profitable system that handles everything from compliance and bound books to SMS marketing and social media scheduling.
The goal for 2026 is to have your digital storefront seamlessly extend your brick-and-mortar shop. Whether it’s managing Buy Online, Pick Up In Store (BOPIS) or syncing loyalty programs across channels, the focus is on a friction-free experience for the customer.
BONUS: If you missed us at the SHOT Show, you didn’t miss the opportunity to scale. Many of the tools we showcased, like our Customer Engagement Suite, are designed to help you build a consistent marketing cadence that works in the background while you focus on your customers. You can even still enter our SHOT Show Giveaway with Master FFL by claiming your profile online!

The show might be over, but for us, the real work starts now. We are busy following up with everyone we met and helping them turn their “Vegas ideas” into a reality in 2026. If you didn’t get a chance to stop by our booths, we’d love to connect and show you how a unified system can help you cross the finish line this year.
