New Curbside Pickup Application offered at no cost to assist small and medium-sized retail stores impacted by COVID-19

As many retail shops struggle to implement curbside pickup and stay in business during these difficult times, Celerant quickly shifted focus by creating a new application that organizes and streamlines the curbside pickup process. By offering it to clients for free, small-to-mid-sized retail stores can switch to online sales with curbside pickup fast and affordably.

Celerant’s Curbside Pickup Application™ integrates with Celerant’s eCommerce solutions- Cumulus eCommerce™, an affordable and powerful website for small business; and Stratus eCommerce™, a comprehensive platform with high-end capabilities. By adding a ‘curbside pickup’ delivery option to the online store, orders marked as ‘curbside pickup’ will flow directly into the application. Accessible from any mobile device, the application allows retailers to view their orders and communicate the status of each order to their customers’ via mobile text messaging. The text messages inform customers’ where and when to pick up their orders; and contain a link that, when clicked, automatically alerts the retailer they have arrived.
