"I was excited to work with the Celerant team to enhance the scheduling and check-in flow of the Range Module, which we rely on 100% for our multiple indoor ranges and axe throwing locations. The ability to reserve lanes based on resource type, such as pistol, rifle with options for simulators, allows us to assign the best lane for each customer. Having everything built into Stratus, including SMS text messaging, significantly decreases customer touch points and check-in times, and increases overall customer satisfaction.”

Mitchell Tyler

Owner and VP, SafeSide Tactical

Celerant’s range module now has a new streamlined layout, with all new and existing features accessible from within the ‘Services’ module. Dealers can group and assign lanes to customers by ‘resource type’, such as ‘pistol lanes’ or ‘rifle lanes’, making it easy to manage and monitor activity for each type of lane. Dealers can also block lanes and classrooms for events, easily schedule and reserve lanes/classes with a calendar view, and require payment before or after shooting by configuring pre/post payment options.

With Celerant, customers can reserve lanes/classes online, check-in faster with integrated digital waivers from Smartwaiver or Otter Waivers (coming soon), and receive reservation reminders and lane status updates via SMS text messages. Dealers can sell/renew memberships with recurring billing, and quickly print club ID cards directly at the point of sale. The range module also offers new dynamic reporting, allowing dealers to analyze lane usage by month, day, minute, and more. “The new reports help us assess capacity issues, payroll/staffing needs, maintenance and more,” stated Tyler.

“We are very excited to finally be back at physical trade shows. Over the past year, we incorporated many new software enhancements based on feedback from our dealers, and added so many new integrations with invaluable firearm industry partners. We took advantage of this time to really ramp up our firearms software, for both in store and online, and can’t wait to show dealers all the capabilities of our newly redesigned range, with more to come!”
