Press Release
Dealers using Cumulus Retail enhance compliance and embrace a digital strategy
Celerant Technology, a leading retail software provider for the firearms industry, recently wrapped up its 3rd annual client conference for dealers using Cumulus Retail. This year’s theme was ‘All Things Digital,’ and the virtual conference focused on important topics such as streamlining ATF compliance, how to sell more products in-store and online without stocking the merchandise, and making the most of the Cumulus Retail software.
In addition to tracks dedicated to in-store and online retail, this year’s conference offered a track dedicated entirely to sportsman retailers. Topics ranging from how to sell more products with less effort as a result of distributor integrations, eliminating paper and storing e4473’s in the cloud, new functionality to support manufacturing for Type 7 FFLs, and more were available. Plus sessions such as expanding your online presence, ranking your website closer to page one on Google, sending more effective, personalized emails based on triggers in the software, and the new mobile apps for sales and range operations. Hosted by Celerant’s team of expert software trainers, each session was designed to help dealers be more competitive in today’s modern retail world and the years ahead.
In line with the event’s theme of ‘All Things Digital’, Celerant surprised three lucky winners with a kick-start to enhancing their digital strategy. Trigger LLC won a free mobile app for an entire year, Worth Firearms won free SEO (search engine optimization) services for 6 months, and Sheridan Decorating won integrated free email marketing for 3 months!
The virtual event featured many firearm-industry partners that integrate with Cumulus Retail’s point of sale and eCommerce platform, including Project ChildSafe by the National Shooting Sports Foundation (NSSF), SCOPE CLX by the National Association of Sporting Goods Wholesalers (NASGW), Lipsey’s, 2nd Amendment Wholesale, FastBound, 4473 Cloud, Smartwaiver, Gun StoreMaster, Gunstores.com and more. Dealers were able to interact with each partner at their virtual booths, enter into partner giveaways and learn how the integrations can help bring their firearms business to the next level.
