How it works

By integrating ONESHOP with Celerant’s retail software and eCommerce platform, independent apparel retailers can improve clienteling. Sales associates can engage with their clientele to drive sales and customer loyalty using their mobile phone or tablet. ONESHOP can also create and send promotions, emails and hand-written notes to shoppers on behalf of the retailer.

  • Automatically pull omnichannel sales/customer data from within Celerant
  • Leverage data to personalize emails, texts, phone calls and hand-written notes to customers
  • Use templates for thank you emails, promotions and invitations to trunk shows and other events
  • Filter/sort customers by brand, top sales, purchase date, last contact, etc.
