Through Celerant’s integration with Educators Resource, e-retailers and brick-and-mortar stores nationwide can import products, automatically reorder inventory, offer an “endless aisle”, display products online, and drop ship through Educators Resource.

Offer in-store customers the products they want, when they want them

Celerant’s retail solutions—Cumulus Retail, an affordable and powerful point of sale and eCommerce solution for small business; and Stratus Enterprise; a comprehensive retail commerce software with high-end capabilities—integrate with Educators Resource. The integration offers retailers a point of sale, pre-populated with Educators Resource’s products, including school supplies, children’s books and music, classroom decorations, curriculum resources, arts and craft supplies, physical education equipment, and much more.

Based on predefined min/max levels set within Celerant, retailers can reorder inventory, “just-in-time”, with automated purchases orders, ensuring store shelves are well-stocked throughout the year without overspending. Retailers can also offer an “endless aisle” by accessing Educators Resource’s live inventory through in store kiosks, and order any of those products to be drop shipped to the consumer or shipped to the store.

Provide virtual “endless aisles” online, with no added inventory cost or risk

Celerant’s integrated eCommerce offers an online vendor feed to Educators Resource’s products, consisting of over 20,000 SKUs sourced from over 300 suppliers, allowing e-retailers to launch their website and start selling online with ease. Product descriptions, images and stock levels are automatically reflected online in, virtually, real-time. When an order is placed, Educators Resource is automatically alerted and drop ships the order from their warehouse directly to the end customer, enabling e-retailers to sell school supplies and teaching material online without investing in, or stocking, any inventory.
