Celerant’s 2026 Client Conference Unveils AI Tools, Compliance Strategy, and New Technology for Firearms Retailers

Iselin, NJ—Celerant Technology recently hosted its 2026 Client Conference in Dallas, Texas. The annual event, held in May at the Westin Stonebriar Golf Resort, brought together firearms retailers, distributors, manufacturers, compliance experts, and industry partners to focus on the practical technology needs and regulatory challenges facing today’s gun dealers.
This year, Celerant introduced some of the largest product updates in its 25-year history. The company showcased Skylar IQ, a new AI-powered retail agent, alongside the Customer Engagement Suite (CES), which connects email, SMS, social media, reputation management, and live chat into one platform. Attendees also previewed a completely redesigned POS and back-office interface, a standalone downloadable POS application with updated hardware support, and new AI eCommerce features like Predictive Search and Recommended Products.
The event featured educational sessions and open workshops with established industry organizations, including SIG SAUER, Sports South, RSR Group, Chattanooga Shooting Supplies, NASGW, FastBound, FFL Guard, 4473 Cloud, Silencer Shop, Guns.com, OtterText, Quivers, FFL Consultants, and Project ChildSafe. New technology partners SlingIt and MasterFFL also joined the lineup.

Celerant also partnered with the National Shooting Sports Foundation’s Project ChildSafe program again this year. The collaboration focused on educating dealers on how to promote firearm safety and integrate charitable donation options directly into their Celerant POS and eCommerce checkout screens.
