Founded in 2001 by the ElChaar family, Chaar's mission is to help people find the best products and services for themselves and their pets. Chaar carries a wide variety of products, including premium pet supplies and food, as well as hiking, cowboy, and work boots, and accompanying apparel. In addition to these products, they also provide top-notch pet grooming services. Chaar prides themselves for being highly customer-centric and goes to great lengths to make sure their staff is well trained to meet the needs of everyone who walks through their doors or visits them online. Chaar currently operates three store locations in the Greater Lehigh Valley of Pennsylvania using Stratus Enterprise point of sale and ERP software.
