The retailer needed a system that could manage their brick and mortar stores, E-Commerce and range without having to integrate with multiple retail technology vendors.

SafeSide’s previous retail management system was from a much larger retail technology provider, who didn’t specialize in the hunting/outdoor space. Mitch quickly learned that their current retail system was not going to be able to handle their growth and did not have the features that SafeSide needed to expand their firearm business.
This is when SafeSide decided to partner with Celerent. Through Stratus Retail, they received a fully customizable retail management system that can handle their store, E-Commerce, and range. Stratus Retail made course registration easy, allows SafeSide to create and fill training classes, and tracks when courses are complete. Additionally, SafeSide is able to schedule and allocate resources for each course, monitor the different ammunition discounts and accept payment in-store and online. Stratus also manages all of SafeSide’s CRM and memberships clubs, when customers comeback all of their data is kept in their system and ready to go. SafeSide is no longer dependent on multiple systems, all of these processes are done through Stratus Retail.
