The thing to know about Sports South is that what we do today is what we’ve always done: distribution.
We’re the largest single source of firearms, ammunition, and accessories in the industry, carrying over 55,000 products from more than 700 brands. Our goal is to develop the right technologies that support our mission of making *our warehouse your warehouse*.
One program Sports South is especially committed to is Smart Order. Partnering with Celerant to bring this solution to dealers was a major opportunity for us and our customers.
Michele Salerno, Celerant
The goal of the Smart Order program is simple: help dealers know exactly what they need to buy and when they need to buy it—down to the individual product level.
Using Celerant’s integration, dealers’ on-hand inventory, min/max settings, and sales data are automatically shared with Sports South. This allows the Smart Order system to generate accurate purchasing recommendations, giving dealers the flexibility to accept, edit, or save suggested orders for later.

By providing APIs that deliver real-time inventory availability, SKU information, attribute data, category data, and more, we’re able to make information on over 55,000 products available on demand.
This level of connectivity helps dealers keep products in stock and better serve their customers—so they never have to say “no” when a customer is ready to buy.
